Rossburnlane Farmhouse is situated next to a quiet country lane in the farming district of Blairdrummond. This country setting allows you to enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding farmland towards the hills and mountains all around.
Luxury Self Catering
Rossburn has recently been refurbished to an excellent 4 star rated high standard with quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a wood burning stove, the main bathroom and a large twin bedroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king sized bed, another twin room and a shower room. All beds are made up for your arrival with fresh cotton bedding.
Rossburn sleeps up to 6 people plus baby, although there is plenty of space for an extra guest. It has ample parking space, a private garden and courtyard, ideal for summer barbeques.
Fresh Flowers On Arrival
You will find fresh flowers on your arrival along with a complimentary tray set with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and shortbread. For your convenience a small supply of domestic goods (toilet rolls, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid etc) is also provided. There is a good selection of games, books, CDs, DVDs, local maps and plenty of tourist information.
Modern Facilities
Rossburn is Wi-FiI enabled. Electrical goods include a colour digital TV, DVD and CD player, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron and hair dryers. The house has oil central heating with radiators in all rooms. Logs for the fire are provided at no extra charge. High chair, cot (cot linen not included) and fold down bed for an extra guest are available on request (£10 charge for an extra guest). There is also a BBQ and garden furniture for you to enjoy. Please note we do not accept pets and smoking is prohibited in all of our properties.
Location
Rossburnlane Farmhouse is situated 5 miles north of Stirling and 3 miles from the main North/South motorway (M9 Jnt.10). Blairdrummond Safari Park is just along the road. A short drive takes you to the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park where you are free to explore some of Scotland’s most beautiful lochs and mountains. Rossburnlane is only 50 minutes drive from Scotland’s capital city Edinburgh and its largest city Glasgow.
